Michi Matsui (Founder, CEO)

Michi has spent over seven years at the forefront of global digital marketing, helping top-tier brands and startups navigate complex international markets. During his four years at Google, he specialized in product strategy and account management, driving growth for major B2C clients. He also honed his strategic skills by consulting for both Japanese startups expanding overseas and foreign companies entering the Japanese market.

It was during this time that he witnessed a critical gap: while technology was making markets borderless, the process for talent to cross those same borders remained frustratingly complex and opaque. Inspired by the challenges his own international friends faced in Japan, Michi founded the company in 2023. His mission is to apply his expertise in technology and global strategy to a more human problem: building a seamless and transparent corridor for global talent, empowering both individuals and the businesses that hire them.
